Jamie Redwood
Jamie is a reputable Nutritionist with 10 years of experience working in clinical and performance nutrition, at world class sports clubs, for elite athletes. Jamie works with athletes of all levels and ages, coaches and sports science teams to provide nutritional strategies to enhance sport performance and recovery.

He is presently working with Premiership Footballers as a Performance Chef which focuses on how to correctly fuel and hydrate their bodies to aid optimal sports performance through real food.
As a result of this experience he has developed a plain talking approach to sports nutrition with the ability to design bespoke programmes that can be tailored to individual requirements, goals and objectives.
